Chris began his electrical career in 2006 in commercial and industrial environments where precision, safety, and long-term performance were essential. That foundation still shapes his work today: do it right, do it safely, and build it to last. In 2013, he transitioned into residential service as the first Journeyman Electrician at one of the state’s largest home service companies, helping build their electrical division from the ground up. Over the next decade, Chris gained deep insight into what homeowners value: clear communication, reliability, respect for their property, and practical solutions that improve safety and comfort. As Electrical Business Manager, he led and mentored a team of 12 electricians while overseeing operations and sustainability. In 2023, Chris founded Evergreen Electrical to provide high-quality, accessible electrical services throughout the Lakes Region and eastern New Hampshire, including rural, island, and hard-to-reach properties. Chris lives in the same community he serves. He volunteers with the Powder Mill Snowmobile Club, helping maintain local trails and support recreation in the region. He understands the unique character of Lakes Region homes and the responsibility that comes with caring for them. At Evergreen, every project reflects the standards he built his career on: professional expertise, thoughtful planning, and workmanship designed to stand the test of time.

Allison co-founded Evergreen Electrical to raise the standard for residential electrical service - combining professionalism, craftsmanship, and trust to create a business that homeowners can feel comfortable welcoming into their homes. Her background spans investment advisory, nonprofit leadership, and organizational strategy. She previously worked in wealth management, supporting individuals and institutions with financial planning and account servicing. She later managed donor strategy and development operations for a regional land trust, partnering closely with executive leadership to guide growth, deepen donor relationships, and long-range planning. At Evergreen, Allison oversees the business side of the company: financial management, human resources, marketing direction, and customer communications. She built Evergreen’s operational foundation to ensure the company operates with accountability, awareness, and careful structure behind the scenes. In addition to her work at Evergreen, Allison serves as President of the Merrymeeting Lake Association, where she provides governance leadership and works with state agencies, consultants, and members on environmental and infrastructure issues. Her involvement reflects a deep commitment to responsible stewardship and community well-being. As a Lakes Region resident, Allison views Evergreen as more than a business - it is a long-term investment in the region her family calls home.

Joe joined Evergreen Electrical Home Services in 2024 as the company’s first apprentice, bringing a strong foundation in public service and a genuine commitment to helping others. A graduate of Plymouth State University with a degree in Criminal Justice, Joe has called New Hampshire home since age 18, drawn to the mountains, the seasons, and a love of skiing. Joe approaches the electrical trade with a service mindset: pay attention to detail, take responsibility for the work in front of you, and treat people with respect. As an apprentice, he is focused on building technical skill the right way, by learning from experienced leadership, prioritizing safety, and delivering work homeowners can feel confident in. At Evergreen, Joe represents the next generation of electricians – grounded, dependable, and committed to serving the community he calls home.
