Service Area FAQ
Get answers to some of our common service area questions.
1. Do you charge extra for island or remote locations? Because island and remote rural projects require unique logistics—such as boat transport or extended travel time—we provide a clear, upfront estimate that includes these factors. You’ll never be surprised by hidden travel fees; we believe in transparent pricing from the start.
2. How far in advance should I schedule a remote project? To ensure we have the proper equipment and logistics in place (especially for boat-access properties), we recommend reaching out 2-3 weeks in advance. However, if you have a safety concern or a power emergency, please call us immediately at (603) 605-8667.
3. Is there a project minimum for towns further away? For towns on the outer edge of our service area, we typically prioritize larger projects, safety diagnostics, or multi-day installs. However, we often "cluster" smaller service calls in the same region to keep costs down for our neighbors. Give us a call to see when we’ll be in your area!
4. What happens if my town isn’t on the list? If you have a complex project or a specialized need that requires a Master Electrician, we are often willing to travel beyond our standard footprint. Safe homes are our priority - if we can’t get to you, we’ll do our best to point you toward a trusted colleague who can.
